這是我第二次來這個酒店,位置非常好,旁邊就是MGM,Wynn和Star World。
這次我?guī)е依锏奈鍌€人來的,所以我們需要預(yù)定一個有兩個單獨房間的套間。這個酒店非常新,并且開了不到六個月,所以所有的東西包括設(shè)備和員工都非常干凈整潔。也許這個酒店太新了,所以也有問題。
(1)我們發(fā)現(xiàn)所有的三臺DVD機都并不能用,用了一個小時修。
(2)因為無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)在主房信號很弱,所以我要了一個LAN連接器連上我的手提,但是LAN不好使!跟工程師交涉了一下,他說需要很多天才能修好。
(3)插座非常危險,我在以前住過的酒店沒有見過這樣的,墻壁上的電子插座裝得不好。如果你的手不小心碰到墻的話,我覺得有可能觸電。
兩個按摩浴盆都不能用,工程師檢查了一個小時還是無法修好。工程師在一天來來了房間五次,他說硬件設(shè)備非常好,都是很出名的牌子,但是裝的工人從來沒有檢查過,所以會出問題。所以,我覺得下次不會再在這里住了,除非他們給我很特殊的優(yōu)惠。

環(huán)境舒服有種家的感覺，而且周圍的景色有好，交通方便周邊又有很都東西吃。最重要就是價錢不貴，可以有這么多附近東西，二個字總結(jié)就是物美價廉。

到這里參加澳門大獎賽(Macau GP),決定嘗試一個新的豪華酒店。凱旋門新世界酒店很自豪的稱自己為5星級服務(wù)的新酒店。
像評論中說的一樣,他們提供免費上網(wǎng)(每間房都有 無限上網(wǎng) + 有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)),以及免費早餐。早餐在咖啡店,提供中式和西式的菜品。真的不錯。
我們預(yù)訂了豪華房,它真是寬敞。每天提供瓶裝水,雖然客房服務(wù)需要你要求才會提供,但對于我們這也還行。
2樓有一個Full House自助餐廳,同一樓層還有一個賭場。同樣和這里寫的一樣,他們每份餐收費18澳門元,相當(dāng)于2.33美元。每套餐里有米飯,面條或粥。
我們非常喜歡這里,除了我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有時語言交流很困難。我們只能說流利的英語和普通話
,甚至用普通話時,有時也會碰到小小的挑戰(zhàn)。但前臺真的很幫忙,而且?guī)缀跛械那芭_服務(wù)員都能說很好的英語和普通話,其他酒店服務(wù)員只能說流利的粵語。
另一個主要的投訴是關(guān)于賭場保安員的(穿著藍色夾克的人)。也許這是一種文化或是安全培訓(xùn)的問題,但他們做的最好的是,無論何時你走進賭場時,他們都盯著你看。是的,我說的是盯著看,而且相當(dāng)有敵意的。就像是我偷了東西或是做了什么錯事。我一點都不喜歡那樣被人看。我想也許真的是培訓(xùn)的問題,但當(dāng)我們拜訪永利(Wynn)或米高梅(MGM)時,我們卻沒有那種感覺。
被盯著看,對于我們真是非常不舒服的事,因為在我們那里認為這非常粗魯。但,這是澳門(Macau),不是洛杉磯(Los Angeles)。
還有,這里可以步行到大三巴牌坊(St Paul Ruins)、議事廳前地(Senado Square)和漁人碼頭(Fisherman Wharf)。

我入住了新建成的凱旋門新世界酒店。入住的房間在17層,非常寬敞,而且設(shè)施也讓人滿意。房費1200港幣,含4樓餐廳的自助式早餐。考慮到這個位置,我覺得酒店非常實惠。賭場設(shè)在1、2層,還有前往3層的扶梯,雖然標(biāo)有“VIP專用”字樣,但看上去似乎還在封鎖中。雖然酒店的賭場比不上附近的永利、米高梅、星際,但光從住宿上來考慮的話,我以后還想再來。

From the moment we arrived at the doors of the hotel, the doormen were friendly and welcoming. The gentleman at the front desk was quick to check us into our rooms. When only one of the two rooms were ready upon our arrival, he was extremely apologetic and promised that he would personally deliver the second room's keys when ready. Turns out that the second room was ready 15 minutes later, so it was not really a big deal. But his professionalism was served as a great start to the rest of our weekend stay.
The room was extremely clean, roomy and elegantly decorated. It definitely seemed as though the owners spared no expense when it came to finishing touches. The beds and linens were plush and comfortable. One of the best nights sleep that I have ever had!
We also had dimsum at the restaurant on site and again, my family and I were wowed by the high quality of food and service.
I have stayed at many of the hotels in Macau and I can definitely say that L'Arc is my hotel of choice. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

浴室很大、很奢華,我無可挑剔。缺點都是些小問題:比如,遙控器的使用問題。他們有遙控器(尤其是品牌酒店都有),但能不能用就是另外一回事了。第二天,我發(fā)現(xiàn)水池里的熱水不夠。我刮胡子很費勁。不幸的是,還沒有熨斗和熨衣板(但我們要了就送來了)。
每天早上都在4層吃早餐,很好吃?？偟膩碚f,我真的很享受這次住宿。員工非常優(yōu)秀。

—房費每晚1130元港幣,包括早餐(2009年10月29日的平日是不包括早餐的)。
—標(biāo)準入住時間是下午3點,如果房間準備好了的話,是可以提前入住的。我們在早上11點就辦理了入住登記。
—我們的房間在17樓(1719)可以俯瞰港口的美景。除了米高梅飯店遮擋了右邊的景色外,酒店的視野基本上是寬闊的。盡管也沒有什么可看的,但仍然讓人感到愉快。
—從價格來看,考慮到澳門/香港酒店的標(biāo)準,房間是很寬敞的。
—房間里有42寸液晶電視和一臺DVD播放器。有60多個當(dāng)?shù)睾陀芯€電視頻道和廣播頻道,其中大部分是英文臺。
—窗簾通過墻上的儀表盤可以自動打開(靠近床頭柜)。單獨的浴室窗簾它的儀表盤在靠近水池的地方。
—非常寬敞的浴室,有多個淋浴頭和一個浴缸。
—免費無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)和寬帶連接服務(wù)。
—工作人員說著流利的廣東話和普通話,聽得懂英語。
—2樓有個很便宜的餐廳,供應(yīng)中式食品,比如面條,米飯,每碗收費18澳門幣。它是24小時營業(yè)的,很受歡迎,人也很多;高峰期時還需要排隊等候。
問題:
—枕頭是太大,太軟
—沒有足夠的肥皂來洗泡泡浴。
—無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號很弱。我們無法用手機上網(wǎng)。不知道有線的寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)是不是也一樣糟糕……
—淋浴的水不夠熱(只是溫?zé)?。熱水只在浴缸和水池才有。
—昂貴的按摩/水療服務(wù)。街上就有更便宜的按摩院,24小時營業(yè)。45分鐘足底按摩需要98元。同一家公司,我們?nèi)ハ愀圻M行足底按摩時,要便宜百分之30。
我向前臺反映的問題,而且確實是問題:
—當(dāng)電梯按了下樓鍵時,按鍵突然熄了
—電視遙控的音量鍵完全不起作用。

交通極其便利，到酒店到哪里都比較方便，房間特別寬敞，床也很軟 很舒適大堂服務(wù)也好，唯一的缺點就是價格比較貴，性價比不高

Even though this hotel is much smaller than some others, like the Venetian, it is stunning and the rooms are nicer.
We stayed in an executive deluxe room for two nights. The room was the nicest we have stayed in. Even though the room looks similar to the ordinary rooms I think it may be larger. Everything looked new and the layout is excellant.
The location is very good being in Macau Island and right next to the Wynn. The casino is nothing special and better casinos can be found close by. The views are not the greatest but were still good.
Our room provided us with a few extra benefits like the club lounge access. The staff in the lounge are generally invisible but are ready to help if you have a question. There is virtually no table service, it is help yourself and the staff rarely come along to clear your plates or glasses and usually only do this when you leave.
The food provided is of excellant quality and was enjoyable. We had breakfast in their cafe and it ranks quite highly with a good choice available and also good quality. It was great to be able to order freshly cooked omeletes, noodles and even waffles. The staff here were very attentive.
Another benefit from our room type was having a free minibar but this is where the hotel really let us down. I called on the second day in the morning to advise our fridge was not working and nothing was done, I called again later that day and still nothing was done. I advised the lady in the club lounge the next day when we checked out and she thought this was not good and would email me about it after looking into it but she still has not got back to me. It is not difficult to replace a small fridge and it meant that we could not drink our free cans of drink as they were warm as was our water. For a five star hotel this is a pretty sad state of affairs as having cool drinks on hand is important. If they can't manage to fix these problems then I am thankful that this was our only major problem. This is an expensive hotel to stay in and it is really quite bad that our fridge didn't work.
The pool was a let down.
