內(nèi)洞森林步道是個老少咸宜的步道，步道整理平緩，部份路段還設(shè)置無障礙坡道，不時看見推坐輪椅的殘疾人士也來這片森林園區(qū)紓展身心。著實沒想到會看到水泥路面！雖然好走，但，原山原林就該保留原道，至少是碎石、自然落葉混泥土、林木筑建步道，才不致傷害山林涵養(yǎng)水量、防礙樹根自然生展。內(nèi)洞步道一側(cè)是植物生態(tài)、一側(cè)是溪流巖岸，湍湍而行的溪水，傳達著南勢溪孕育的生命活力。沒來內(nèi)洞，很難像想這里有65種蕨類，渾然天成多樣、迷人的森林生態(tài)景觀。蕨類寄生筆筒樹，貫穿到?jīng)鐾の蓓?，形成一個特殊的景觀。走進山林總有拍不完的＂生態(tài)~~＂。這里的生物好有趣，金假都不怕倫類，安適的停在觀景臺扶欄上，十足十滿足旅客的拍照欲。趁著走訪福山部落，也一并體驗一下這內(nèi)洞森林步道的芬多精，以及被票選最美瀑布的三層內(nèi)洞瀑布。內(nèi)洞溪是南勢溪中上游的一條小支流，由東往西流，所經(jīng)地形變化多，坡降陡，水流湍急，與南勢溪匯流處，因內(nèi)洞溪河床坡降連續(xù)變陡，而形成三層瀑布。

內(nèi)洞位于烏來再進去,目前沿路櫻花盛開,尤其到停車場前種了不少櫻花樹,進入風(fēng)景區(qū),不需要很費力就可以抵達瀑布區(qū),不像其他景點要到美景需要跋山涉水一番,如果欣賞瀑布美景后,想自我挑戰(zhàn)的話,也有森林浴登山步道,但目前仍有部分路段(觀景步道)尚未修復(fù)完成,因此只能原處折返,倘若有人不想登山,瀑布區(qū)就是最佳游憩美景區(qū)!

三層瀑布的芬多精居全臺之冠的內(nèi)洞森林游樂區(qū)，是一個風(fēng)景優(yōu)美，夏天避暑的好地方，園區(qū)內(nèi)除了往烏來的山路外，其他地方來回不用2小時可以逛一圈，想單純享受森林浴&聽瀑的人很適合一游

1.適合帶全家人來森林浴,步道平緩直很容易達到瀑布(芬多精)2.但如果要爬完整個登山步道,就需要費點力爬坡3.如坐大眾運輸要道達不便,需步行約2小時才可以從公車站到達

I have been travelling to Taiwan for 15 years, mostly to Taipei on business trips, and I always enjoyed coming here. Taipei however, runs short after a few visits, so I am very happy to have found that Taipei area have much else to offer, if you are willing to travel for a few hours.One of the gems that you can find is the Neidong Waterfall park, which is only just 1 hour away from Taipei. The nature there is so rich, so you feel you are back in time, before civilization. The easiest way to go there is to arrange for a private driver to take you there and to wait for you there. At the park you buy a cheap entrance ticket, and follow the easy trail toward the waterfall. You walk along a beautiful river, that has a color that is indescribably, but for sure very pretty. After a short walk you will reach an endpoint, where you can see the waterfalls and relax to the sound of water.If you want more exercise there is a trail toward the top of the mountain, but I tell you, it is endless, so like all of the people I meet there, me too, I gave up regardless of my initial determination. The trip however is very enjoyable.After this trip into wonder nature, it is a good present to yourself, if you let your driver take you to nearby Wulai town, where you can ind numerous good eating places and hot spring hotels to recover your strength. Do not skip this part, you will remember forever
