炳靈寺石窟以下寺最為壯觀，西秦建都臨夏期間，國(guó)王御駕親臨石窟，揮毫題詞，真跡尚存于巖壁之上。石窟懸崖上有石刻大佛像一尊；懸崖旁邊矗立著姊妹峰?？上Т蠓鹫诰S修，無(wú)法一睹尊嚴(yán)。

炳靈寺石窟旁的丹霞地貌，比大峽谷的毫不遜色。只是沒(méi)有直升機(jī)而已，沒(méi)有充分開(kāi)發(fā)，更加原汁原味。

新疆#卡達(dá)里克#遺址所出壁畫(huà)殘部，壁畫(huà)殘存蓮座部分并一沙門(mén)殘部。沙門(mén)身著右袒式僧衣，跪于蓮座之下，一手持花，一手執(zhí)爐，以作供養(yǎng)。沙門(mén)所執(zhí)鵲尾爐源出印度，中原地區(qū)及北朝石窟造像中常見(jiàn)，揚(yáng)之水女史曾為最早一例為炳靈寺石窟第9窟十六國(guó)時(shí)期西秦壁畫(huà)。

炳靈寺石窟，藏傳佛教十萬(wàn)彌勒的棲居之地。雖不及麥積山石窟的規(guī)模和名氣，卻更顯惟妙惟肖的生動(dòng)細(xì)膩。在這般空靈的丹霞山谷之中，按下一朵濃云，就會(huì)有一位菩薩走進(jìn)人間吧。（整理照片：#5對(duì)吃貨伉儷的閑游#）

炳靈寺石窟，修劉家峽水庫(kù)時(shí)，幾個(gè)窟就永遠(yuǎn)沉到水底了。大臥佛也被搬了家。功過(guò)無(wú)法知道。

炳靈寺石窟，隱于劉家峽水庫(kù)，絲綢之路的佛事重地，石雕精湛。門(mén)票不便宜，就是不讓拍照，保安全程陪同，警覺(jué)而又兇悍。好不容易有個(gè)大佛可以拍照，如圖。

劉家峽就是坐個(gè)船，石窟就算了，坑人啊，門(mén)票五十，進(jìn)去后，走路十分鐘就能轉(zhuǎn)一圈出來(lái)了，就一個(gè)大點(diǎn)的佛像，出來(lái)就一個(gè)感覺(jué)，不值

Tourist used to get the grottoes from Lanzhou,but I did it from Linxia, that is a nice place to sleep, cheap, nice people and good food. Is posible to go by public transport to Liujiaxia Reservoir, and once in the port, I took a boat, no more than 15 min. The place is very beautiful, and not crowded at all. It′s not easy to get there from Linxia but is possible, is really worthy

The grottoes are small and so are the well-preserved, more than a thousand years old carvings they are holding, except for a gigant and much newer statue of Buddha, right in the middle. There are more than 500 carvings of various Buddhist characters, some of them with much of the original color, in about 200 niches - which I think it's a better description than grottoes. What is absolutely spectacular is the location of all these, almost at the entrance of a narrow canyon, with the Yellow River on the right and amazing towering rocks in the background. Very few visitors around and no restrictions to taking photos. A little more than two hours drive from Lanzhou, mostly through an area with many architecturally interesting and nice looking mosques, followed by an half an hour boat ride.Once you get out of the boat there are a few stalls where you could grab something to eat or drink. A very pleasant day trip from Lanzhou.
