GOALS & OBJECTIVES
肯尼高地超級公園將成為附近街區(qū)新的中央公園，作為社交活動、文化交流與娛樂休閑的活力樞紐，為社區(qū)帶來諸多環(huán)境效益。此外，現(xiàn)有綠植與地形得以保留并合理利用，為未來的可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造多層綠肺。
Kenny Heights Hyper Park will become the new central park for the surrounding neighbourhood, which is a dynamic hub for social, cultural and recreational events, bringing plentiful environmental benefits to the community. Moreover, existing plants and topography will be preserved and utilized to create a multi-terraced green lung for the future sustainable development.

SITE CHARACTER & ANALYSIS
這座超級公園占地17英畝，結(jié)合了肯尼山和白沙羅嶺的繁華，坐落在吉隆坡肯尼高地面積達88英畝的多功能開發(fā)項目的中心。超級公園周邊有一條環(huán)城路，鄰近地塊非常容易到達。
Integrating the prosperity of Kenny Hills and Damansara Heights, the 17 acres of Hyper Park is located at the center of promising Kenny Heights development in Kuala Lumpur, which is a 88 acres of mixed-use development. Hyper Park is highly accessible to the adjacent parcels with a ring road surrounding the park.
超級公園的場地具有不同的特征，包括丘陵、裸露土壤區(qū)域、水庫等潛在的集水區(qū)域和各種水流通道。超級公園圍繞著一座40米高、植被茂密的小山，東北部和西部只有20%的平地，水從山脊流向兩側(cè)的集水區(qū)域。
The site of Hyper Park has different characters, including hill, bare soil areas, potential water collection areas as reservoirs and various water flow channels. Hyper Park encircles a hill of 40m tall with dense vegetation, and only 20% of flat land found at the north eastern and western sides, where water drains from the ridge to the catchment areas on both sides.

馬來西亞豐富的文化內(nèi)涵給予了肯尼高地超級公園巨大的潛力，在這里可以舉辦不同的文化活動，包括節(jié)日慶典與放馬來西亞特色風箏。
The culturally rich nature of Malaysia has given Kenny Heights Hyper Park great potential to hold different cultural events, including festivals and unique Wua kite flying.
精致多彩的新月風箏（Wau Bulan）是馬來西亞的傳統(tǒng)月亮風箏，由竹制框架制成，表面覆蓋薄紗織物，并飾以花葉形狀的彩色紙，代表了該國深厚的文化。風箏隨風而動，創(chuàng)造出自然的特殊韻律，賦予了風箏生命，象征著蝴蝶的快樂生活，由此衍生出生命韻律的設(shè)計理念。
The delicate and extraordinarily colourful Wau Bulan is a traditional moon kite of Malaysia, which is made of bamboo frame, covering with tissue fabric and decorated with colourful papers in the shapes of flowers and leaves, representing the deep-rooted culture of the country. The kite flies according to the wind conditions, creating special rhythm of nature, giving life to this kite, which symbolizes the joyful life of butterfly, leading to the design concept of the Rhythm of Life.

超級景觀：“生命韻律”
HYPERSCAPE: “THE RHYTHM OF LIFE”
“韻律”是描述肯尼高地超級公園活力的最佳詞語。公園結(jié)合自然的韻律和過程，創(chuàng)造了多樣的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和景觀形式，記錄了這座森林公園的活力。同時，蝴蝶代表了生命的律動，作為環(huán)境質(zhì)量的指標，將會在總體規(guī)劃中留下印記，并在景觀設(shè)計中煥發(fā)生機。
Rhythm is the word best describing the vibrancy of Kenny Heights Hyper Park. The park integrates the rhythm of Nature and its processes, creating diverse ecosystems and landscape forms to record the liveliness of this forest park. Meanwhile, butterfly, representing the rhythm of life, appears as an indication of environmental quality, will be imprinted on the masterplan and brought to life on the landscape design.
這座公園是活力與自由的代表，為各行各業(yè)的人們創(chuàng)造了可以盡情享受的不同強度的戶外活動平臺。結(jié)合可持續(xù)設(shè)計方法，超級公園將成為當?shù)厣鐓^(qū)的綠洲和城市的綠肺。
The park is a representation of dynamic and freedom, creating a wide range of outdoor activities platform at different intensity for all walks of life to enjoy. Together with the sustainable design approach, Hyper Park will become an oasis for the local neighbourhood and a green lung for the city.
蝴蝶與新月風箏都有它們各自獨特的圖案、顏色、飛行方式，通過地形、水系、植被和各種天氣條件，如空氣湍流和降水，象征著景觀中的韻律和運動自由。景觀設(shè)計的流暢曲線賦予了這只蝴蝶生命。這段旅程可能會隨著場地低矮區(qū)域的大量活動而動態(tài)變化，但它在地面湍流區(qū)上空飛行將逐漸達到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，然后前往他們的目的地——寧靜的森林山頂。
Both butterfly and the Wua kite have their own distinguished patterns, colours, flights and symbolize the rhythms and freedom of movement over the landscape through topography, drainage pattern, vegetation and various weather conditions, such as air turbulence and precipitation. The fluid curvature of the landscape design has given life to this butterfly. The journey maybe dynamic with loads of activities at the lower part of the site, but it will gradually reach a state of stability flying above the ground turbulence zone, and heading towards their destination—the tranquil forest summit.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN & PROGRAMMES
高地公園包括5個功能區(qū)。
Hyper Park is divided into five zones.
一、商業(yè)區(qū) COMMERCIAL ZONE
公園的主入口是一條高架步道，可以俯瞰一邊的休閑娛樂區(qū)以及另一邊的室內(nèi)市場。商業(yè)區(qū)坐落在高低起伏的地形上，因此公園的各種功能存在于多個層次上，受新月風箏啟發(fā)而建立的設(shè)施讓這些層次交織在一起。在右邊的最低點，人們將可以看到毗鄰天然噴泉廣場的皇家湖亭。
The grand entrance to the park is an elevated walkway overlooking at the Recreational Zone on one side and the indoor market place on the other. The Commercial zone sits on an undulating topography, hence various functions of the park are occurring on multiple layers, interweaved by the Wau Kite inspired installation. To the lowest point on the right, people will be able to see the Royal Lake Pavilion adjacent to the natural fountain plaza.
到達目的地時，迎接人們的是一種以傳統(tǒng)的新月風箏為靈感和簡化的，色彩繽紛、令人愉悅的空中幾何裝置藝術(shù)。廣場前面將是采用永續(xù)栽培的理論種植的茂盛的蔬菜和花壇。入口將人群引導(dǎo)到景觀的各個層次——有些人會走下山坡到水邊的室內(nèi)市場；有些人會走到以瀑布為特色背景的花園餐廳；有些人會步行到懸空結(jié)構(gòu)上欣賞城市全景。
Upon arrival, people will be greeted by a colourful and joyful geometrical installation art in the air, inspired and simplified from the traditional Wau Kite. In front of the plaza will be lush vegetable and flower beds, adopting the theory of permaculture. The entranceway will divert the crowd to various levels of the landscape—some people will walk down the hill to the indoor market place next to water; some will walk up to the garden restaurant with waterfall feature on the fa?ade; some will walk to the suspended structure to enjoy the panoramic view of the city.

二、休閑娛樂區(qū) RECREATIONAL ZONE
休閑娛樂區(qū)是最活躍的區(qū)域，充滿了各式各樣的活動，從冒險的森林主題裝置到低地壯麗的水景攝影。通往丘陵森林則是一個驚險刺激的森林吊床，在那里人們可以選擇爬上山丘而不是走上坡道。沿著山坡的自然坡度設(shè)置了圓形劇場，然后是多功能草坪、燒烤爐、漂浮亭、水上行走體驗、戲水池、城市卵石灘和特殊景觀特征（自然侵蝕地貌）。橫跨天然池塘和動態(tài)浮橋?qū)⑹且粋€綠色緩沖區(qū)，將休閑娛樂區(qū)與相鄰的 KH 村分隔開。
The Recreational Zone is the most active zone filled with a great variety of activities, from the adventurous forest-theme installation to the photographic splendorous water features at the lowland. Towards the hilly forest will be an adventurous forest hammock where people can choose to climb up the hill instead of walking up the ramp. An amphitheatre will be installed along the natural slope of the hill, following with a multipurpose lawn, BBQ pits, floating pavilions, walking-on-water experience, paddling pond, urban pebble beach and special landscape character (natural erosion landform). Across the natural pond and the dynamic floating bridge will be a green buffer, screening out the Recreational Zone from the adjacent KH Village.

三、藝術(shù)區(qū) ARTS ZONE
藝術(shù)區(qū)是一片寧靜的藝術(shù)空間。穿過雕塑叢林池塘上方的漂浮棧道，人們將會被濕地植物所擁抱。與植被緊密相連的戶外藝術(shù)畫廊，將成為跨越濕地的藝術(shù)展示的口袋空間，偶爾這里也會發(fā)生變化。高地上設(shè)有生態(tài)綠色屋頂?shù)膮擦之嬂?，這里將作為活動草坪。隨著水沿地形流動，它將被收集到可持續(xù)雕塑叢林池塘中。站在場地低處，這里營造了一種迷人的半開放氛圍，水生植物相互環(huán)繞形成封閉空間，而山坡上景觀十分開闊，兩者形成鮮明對比。另一邊是皇家湖亭，可以舉辦婚禮、會議等私人活動，有森林作為背景，景色令人驚嘆。
The Arts Zone is a tranquil and artistic space. When walking across the floating walkway above the sculpture jungle pond, people will be embraced by bunch of wetland plants. The niche of outdoor art gallery interlocking with the vegetation will become the pocket space for art display across the wetland that will be changed occasionally. There is a jungle gallery sitting on the highland with an ecological green roof, which will function as an event lawn. As water flows along the topography, it will be collected at the sustainable sculpture jungle pond. Standing at the low point of the site, it creates an intriguing semi open vibe, contrasting between the enclosure of the aquatic plants and the openness of the landscape on the slope of the hill. On the other side will be the Royal Lake Pavilion, which can hold private events such as wedding ceremony and conference, with stunning forest background.

四、運動區(qū) SPORTS ZONE
運動中心是公園里最大的建筑。運動中心部分暴露于地面，部分沉入地下用作停車。它還設(shè)有一個綠色的屋頂，邀請人們可以利用這個空間，順著自然地形走上圓形露天劇場。緩坡上的綠色屋頂創(chuàng)造了一片廣闊的開放空間，是舉辦活動和放風箏的絕佳地點，同時可以欣賞廣闊的城市景觀。在雨季，草坪將成為一個蓄水池，可以容納過多的水，并實現(xiàn)場地零徑流。因此多功能草坪在不同季節(jié)創(chuàng)造不同的生態(tài)，并有助于自然恢復(fù)的過程。這里還會有一條通往公園最高點的森林步道。
The sports centre is the largest building at the park. It is partially exposed to the ground and partially sunken underground for parking. It also features a green roof where people are invited to utilize the space by walking up the amphitheatre along the natural topography. The green roof on gently slope creates an extensive open space, which is an excellent location for holding events and playing the Wau kite while enjoying the wide city view. During the raining season, the lawn will become a detention pond, which can hold excessive water and achieve a zero runoff on site. The multifunctional lawn will hence create different ecologies in different seasons and contribute to the process of natural recovery. There will be a forest walkway leading to the highest point of the park.

五、森林區(qū) FOREST ZONE
森林區(qū)位于公園海拔最高處。設(shè)置一條螺旋狀的樹頂步道將人們引向山頂，為人們在城市環(huán)境中與寧靜的自然相遇提供了難得的機會。橢圓形的全景觀景臺（高架步道）讓人們從地面到樹冠頂部，通過不同的角度體驗森林。
The Forest Zone locates on the highest ground of the park with a spiral tree top walk leading people to the hilltop, providing a rare opportunity for people to meet with tranquil nature within the urban context. The elliptical shape of the panoramic viewpoint (elevated walkway) let people experience the forest through varying angles, from the ground to the top of the canopy.
山頂?shù)臎鐾ぢ杜_成為觀鳥和天文活動的理想場所。高地讓人們可以欣賞城市景觀并俯瞰鄰近地區(qū)；而超級橋（懸空人行道結(jié)構(gòu)）則讓人們漫步在五彩繽紛的花卉露臺之上。
The pavilion terrace on the summit becomes the ideal location for bird watching and astronomic activities. The highland allows people to enjoy the view of the city and overlooking at the adjacent zones; while the Hyper bridge (suspending skywalk structure) let people walk above the colourful flower terrace.

CONCLUSION
肯尼高地超級公園既是人類和自然的避難所，特別是對于肯尼高地開發(fā)項目內(nèi)的未來社區(qū)而言，他們可以在這里共享環(huán)境利益。它將是一個可持續(xù)和生態(tài)友好的公園，提供各種休閑空間，包括培育當?shù)刂脖弧⒏纳扑春吞峁└嗟囊吧鷦游飾⒌?。通過實施可持續(xù)設(shè)計，例如使用可再生能源、生物濕地、截留草坪和濾水濕地等，實現(xiàn)零廢物計劃，提前對景觀、功能、資源、系統(tǒng)和循環(huán)進行詳細規(guī)劃。
Kenny Heights Hyper Park is a sanctuary for both human and nature, especially for the future neighbourhoods of the Kenny Heights development, where they can share mutual environmental benefits. It will be a sustainable and eco-friendly park, providing variety of recreational space, including nurturing the local vegetation, enhancing the water source and providing more wildlife habitats. Zero waste schemes via the implementation of sustainable design, such as using renewable energy, bioswales, detention lawn and water filtering wetland will be applied with careful planning of the landscape, functions, resources, systems and circulation in advance.
